I just found my New Favorite smoothie!
I just have to share; even my hubby likes it and that is saying a
lot!
(maybe I should not have told him there is spinach in it, that way he would
have let me make him one all the time)
I was very leery to try a
smoothie with blueberries. I really do
not like them raw. However, because I do
like blueberry muffins I decided why not try them in my smoothies. What is the worst that could happen, I do not
like it and never make one in the future.
So even if you do not like blueberries still give it a try (but not if
you are allergic).
Blueberry Amazing: 295 calories (using 1 ½ cups)
1 to 1 ½ cups blueberries
1 to 1½ cups spinach
1 banana
1 ½ cups almond milk
And some vanilla extract (to your taste)
